Annie Oakley - 24362
Annie Oakley performed with Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show for 16 years, from 1885 to 1901. Since many female visitors were unaccustomed to gunfire, the petite and ladylike Annie would open the show, setting their minds at ease. One of her most popular tricks featured the use of a mirror to aim her riffle, which was pointed backwards over her shoulder, at a target located behind her. The sharpshooter soon became one of the Wild West's most popular attractions.
